A few comments to share..... from participants of CEFPI's 2010 Conference in San Jose, CA.

I just got back to the office and am still trying to digest all of the fabulous information from the conference.  It was incredible!!  filled with great content.

I really enjoyed and learned much from the speakers and seminars, hats off to the staff at CEFPI for putting on such an excellent and informative conference!!!  I was also very proud to see that Garfield High School won the Lee Brockway Award and of course we will want to announce that through our media outlets here in Washington State, with that in mind will CEFPI issue a press release and if so may I get an advance copy to review???

Thanks for a super conference.
I've been attending this conference the better part of the last 10-15 years, and this event was by far the best ever.
I especially appreciated the emphasis on content, and the value decisions that were made toward assuring great programming.
Best,

conference comments...
CEFPI San Jose Postscript
Just back from the CEFPI conference in San Jose. Well, it's official. The Young Lions in CEFPI have now taken the reins from the Old Guard of Educational Facilities Planners. San Jose was an exponential leap for CEFPI. More educators, more International attendees, certainly more focus on technology, and a genuine desire to learn and listen to the needs of those on the front lines, in and out of classrooms. This year, more than at any time in CEFPI's 85+ year history there is now more focus on actually learning about educational trends from educators and others from outside the school architect community. In terms of technology applications, we saw what is truly exhilarating about living in this golden information age and the entrepreneurial leveraging of the web. We also experienced at first hand some of the real challenges of living in a wired world.
